The intelligent integrated substation uses low-loss, oil-immersed, fully sealed S9, S10, S11 series transformers, and can also choose environmentally friendly dry-type transformers with resin insulation or NOMEX paper insulation. It can be equipped with a small cart at the bottom for easy entry and exit of the transformer.

• The high-voltage ring network cabinet can be equipped with network automation terminal (FTU) to achieve reliable detection of short circuits and single-phase grounding faults, with "four remote" functions, facilitating the upgrade of distribution network automation.High Voltage Side
The high-voltage side of the intelligent integrated substation generally adopts load switch-fuse combination electrical protection. After one phase of the fuse blows, the three-phase linkage trips. The load switch can be selected from pressure gas type, vacuum, sulfur hexafluoride, etc., and can be equipped with an electric operating mechanism to achieve automation upgrades; the fuse is a high-voltage current-limiting fuse with an impactor, reliable action, and large breaking capacity. The main technical parameters are shown in the table below. For transformers above 800KVA, ZN12, ZN28, VS1 vacuum circuit breakers can be selected for protection.
Low Voltage Side
The main switch on the low-voltage side adopts universal or intelligent circuit breakers for selective protection; the outgoing switch uses a new type of plastic shell switch with a small size and short arc, with up to 30 circuits; the intelligent automatic tracking reactive power compensation device has two switching methods for users to choose from: with contactor and without contact.
