It is widely used in 10kV/20kV distribution systems and is the preferred switch product for various users' transformation and distribution systems in urban and rural areas. The switchgear is modular in design and can be combined for different purposes; it consists of fixed unit combinations and expandable units, meeting the needs of various substations for flexible use of compact switchgear. The SRM16-12 fully insulated gas-insulated switchgear is a completely sealed system, with all live parts and switches enclosed in a stainless steel housing. The entire switch device is unaffected by external environmental conditions, ensuring operational reliability and personal safety, and it is maintenance-free. By selecting expandable busbars, any combination can be achieved, reaching full modularity. The expandable busbars are safely insulated and shielded, ensuring high reliability and safety. The SRM16-12 gas-insulated switchgear can also provide TV-based automation solutions, forming the concept of intelligent switching and minimizing on-site installation and debugging workload. The SRM16-12 fully insulated gas-insulated switchgear is divided into non-expandable standard configurations and expandable standard configurations. Due to its full modular and semi-modular combinability and its own expandability, it possesses extremely special flexibility. The SRM16-12 fully insulated gas-insulated switchgear complies with GB standards. Its design life exceeds 30 years under indoor conditions (40℃) and outdoor conditions (-50℃).
Main Features
• SRM16-12 fully insulated gas-insulated switchgear uses SF6 gas as the arc extinguishing and insulating medium;
• The switchgear has a fully sealed and fully insulated structure; busbars, switches, and live parts are completely enclosed in a stainless steel housing. The chamber is filled with SF6 gas at 1.4 bar, achieving a protection level of IP67; the entire switch device is completely unaffected by external environmental conditions, ensuring normal operation even in extreme conditions such as short-term water immersion, and the product is maintenance-free for life;
• The switchgear is equipped with a complete "five prevention" interlocking device, completely eliminating the possibility of personnel and equipment operational failures caused by human error:
• All switchgear has reliable safety pressure relief channels, ensuring the safety of operators even in extreme situations;
• The switchgear is divided into fixed unit combinations and expandable unit combinations;
• The switchgear typically has front incoming and outgoing lines, but can also achieve side outgoing lines or side expansion according to different installation positions;
