KYN61-40.5 armored metal-enclosed switchgear (referred to as switchgear) is a switch device designed and improved by our factory based on the original product.
KYN61-40.5 armored metal-enclosed switchgear (referred to as switch cabinet) is a switchgear designed and improved based on the original product by our factory. It is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz power systems, used for receiving and distributing electric energy, and for controlling, protecting, and monitoring circuits. This switch cabinet has various functions to prevent misoperation, including preventing the moving trolley from being loaded, preventing the live grounding switch from being closed, and preventing accidental entry into live compartments. The switch cabinet is equipped with high-performance ZN85, VN1 vacuum circuit breakers or ABB's VD4, HD4 series vacuum circuit breakers. The switch cabinet is an advanced technology, stable performance, reasonable structure, convenient use, and safe and reliable distribution device.
Main Features
• The cabinet body is made of aluminum-zinc coated steel plate processed and formed by CNC equipment, and is assembled by bolts or rivets, with a fully assembled structure.
• It can be equipped with ZN85-40.5 vacuum circuit breaker trolleys, VN1, VD4, or HD4 vacuum circuit breaker trolleys simultaneously, and the main busbar of the switch cabinet is continuous without the need for a transition cabinet.
• The cable room has ample space, ensuring that the air distance between phases is greater than 300mm, and no insulation boards are needed between phases.Referenced Standards

• Ambient temperature: not exceeding +40℃, not lower than -25℃;
• Altitude: not exceeding 1000m;
• Relative humidity: daily average not exceeding 95%; monthly average not exceeding 90%;
• No flammable gases, explosion hazards, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, or frequent severe vibrations in the area.Special Usage Environment Conditions
• When the switch cabinet is used under conditions exceeding the normal environmental conditions specified in this manual, our company and the user can negotiate special operating conditions that exceed normal operating conditions and reach an agreement.
• To prevent condensation, the switch cabinet is equipped with a heater. When the switch cabinet is in standby mode, it should be put into use. Even during normal operation, attention should be paid to its use.
• The heat dissipation issue of the switch cabinet can be solved by additional ventilation facilities.
