The passenger dedicated line is a double-track electrified high-speed railway primarily for passenger transport, with a speed of 200 to 350 km/h. The curve radius is generally above 2200 meters. Its communication and signaling design enables remote centralized control, command, management, and maintenance of trains, ensuring the safety and punctuality of high-speed trains, while meeting passengers' demands for quick, comfortable, safe, and timely travel.

The design of the passenger dedicated line's remote control box transformer fully considers the need for high reliability and maintenance-free operation of the high-speed railway power supply system. The high-voltage ring network switch uses SF6 fully insulated and sealed gas-insulated G1S switchgear, selects dry-type transformers, configures IBM network cabinets, uses joint venture brand circuit breakers, and all switches are electrically operated, uploading signals to the remote control system to achieve three remote functions. Its configuration is more upscale, and the design is more user-friendly.

• The high voltage uses SF6 gas-insulated ring network cabinets, fully insulated and sealed, with a protection level of IP67;

• Reliable mechanical "five defenses" achieve interlocking between load switches, grounding switches, and front doors, ensuring personal safety;

The high voltage ring network switch selects compact, box-type SF6 fully insulated and sealed products. This ring network cabinet seals the switch device and rigid busbar within a stainless steel shell filled with SF6 gas, with the gas chamber part achieving a protection level of IP67, suitable for various harsh environments: it uses a three-position switch with grounding, opening, and closing indicators; the arc extinguishing chamber is independent and sealed, meaning that arc extinguishing and insulation are independent of SF6 gas; it has a fault arc limiting device; the grounding switch quickly operates to extinguish the arc, ensuring the safety of personnel, equipment, and buildings; it has a pressure release channel that releases pressure downwards in case of a fault, ensuring safety; the ring network cabinet has clear simulated bus operation guides, live display, opening and closing indicators, and gas pressure indicators; it has a complete five-defense system to achieve interlocking between grounding and the front door.
• All switches are electrically operated and equipped with remote communication interfaces, while the corresponding information is directed to the remote control system to achieve the "three remote" functions of remote control, remote signaling, and remote measurement.
• The ring network cabinet has top outgoing lines and is equipped with busbar current transformers.

• The box substation mainly includes: SF6 gas-insulated ring network switchgear, transformers, low-voltage switchgear, UPS power supply, and RTU devices.
• The high voltage side of the substation is equipped with 10KV primary load through busbars and 10KV comprehensive through busbars, with each busbar group having 1 incoming line, 1 outgoing line, 1 feedback line, and 1 busbar PT.
• The box transformer is equipped with 2 distribution transformers, with power drawn from the 10kV primary load through busbars and 10kV comprehensive through busbars.
• The low voltage side of the box transformer is equipped with 0.4kV primary through busbars and 0.4KV comprehensive through busbars, with each busbar group having 1 incoming line and 4-6 outgoing lines.Installation of Busbar Current Transformers
• Busbar current transformers are set up to collect voltage on the busbar side. The voltage transformer uses the JSZV12A-10R type, with its primary winding protected by a fuse. It connects to the busbar inside the ring network cabinet through a touchable live European cable head and then connects to the electric current transformer through a large-diameter American cable head, ensuring that the high voltage ring network cabinet is well-sealed and unaffected by harsh environments, with high reliability and completely maintenance-free.
Installation of Current Transformers
• Both incoming and outgoing line units are equipped with current transformers, using the open-type LMZK-12 series transformers, which are cable core type for current measurement.
Connection of Cables and Surge Protectors
• The connection of cables and surge protectors uses cable heads, achieving full insulation and sealing of the entire high voltage section;
• The incoming and outgoing line cables use 630A separable bolt-connected cable front joints;
• Transformers generally use 250A pluggable elbow-type cable heads;
• Surge protectors are in the form of touchable rear connections.
