It is suitable for power users such as power plants, substations, and industrial enterprises, serving as a power distribution system for AC 50Hz, with a maximum working voltage of up to 660V and a maximum working current of up to 3150A, used for energy conversion and distribution control of power distribution equipment such as power distribution, motor control, and lighting.

     

    Usage Conditions

    • Altitude not exceeding 2000m;
    • Surrounding air temperature not exceeding +40℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours not exceeding +35℃, surrounding air temperature not lower than -50℃;
    • Atmospheric conditions: clean air, relative humidity not exceeding 50% at +40℃, higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, for example: 90% at +20℃;
    • No fire, explosion hazards, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, and severe vibration areas;
    • Inclination from the vertical plane not exceeding 5°;
    • This product is suitable for transportation and storage at the following temperatures: -25℃ to +55℃, and for a short time (not exceeding 24h) not exceeding +70℃.
    • Note: If the above usage conditions cannot be met, the user should propose to the manufacturer at the time of ordering for negotiation.

    Structural Features

    • The basic cabinet frame of this series of products is a modular assembly structure, where all structural components of the cabinet frame are connected into a basic framework by screws, and then doors, baffles, partitions, drawers, mounting brackets, busbars, and electrical components are added as needed to assemble a complete switchgear. This cabinet has the following characteristics:
    • The frame is made of shaped steel, using three-dimensional angle plates for positioning, with a bolt connection and no welding structure to avoid welding deformation and stress, improving installation accuracy. The installation holes of the frame and components vary according to the modulus E=20mm.
    • Internal structural components are galvanized. The exterior is treated with acid washing and phosphating, followed by electrostatic epoxy powder spraying.
