The KYN28-24 new type armored removable AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is suitable for indoor three-phase 50/60Hz power systems with a rated voltage of 24kV. It is mainly used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and high-rise buildings, serving to receive and distribute electrical energy, as well as to control, protect, and monitor the circuits.
KYN28-24 new type armored removable AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear), suitable for indoor three-phase 50/60Hz power systems with a rated voltage of 24kV, mainly used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and high-rise buildings, as a means to receive and distribute electrical energy and to control, protect, and monitor the circuit. The KYN28-24 switchgear has various functions to prevent misoperation, including preventing the moving truck from being loaded, preventing the grounding switch from closing when the circuit breaker is open, preventing the grounding switch from being closed when energized, and preventing accidental entry into energized compartments. The switchgear is equipped with high-performance VS1 and VN2 series indoor high-voltage AC vacuum circuit breakers and sealed vacuum switches. The secondary circuit of the switchgear is equipped with advanced and reliable control and protection components; the busbar uses heat-shrinkable insulating materials or epoxy-coated insulation methods, optimizing the electrode shape, and the cabinet structure is compact. This switchgear is advanced in technology, stable in performance, reasonable in structure, convenient to use, and safe and reliable for power distribution.
Usage Conditions
• The surrounding air temperature should not exceed +40℃ and not be lower than -5℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours should not exceed +35℃;
• Indoor installation and use, the altitude of the installation site should not exceed 2000m;
• The relative humidity of the surrounding air should not exceed 50% at the maximum temperature of +40℃, and a higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures (for example, 90% at +20℃), considering that condensation may occasionally occur due to temperature changes;
• The inclination of the equipment during installation should not exceed 5° from the vertical plane;
• The equipment should be installed in places without severe vibration and impact, and in locations that do not corrode electrical components;
• If the user has special requirements, they can negotiate with the manufacturer.Electrical Performance
