The KYN28-24 new type armored removable AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is suitable for indoor three-phase 50/60Hz power systems with a rated voltage of 24kV. It is mainly used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and high-rise buildings, serving to receive and distribute electrical energy, as well as to control, protect, and monitor the circuits.
KYN28-24 new type armored removable AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear), suitable for indoor three-phase 50/60Hz power systems with a rated voltage of 24kV, mainly used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and high-rise buildings, as a means to receive and distribute electrical energy and to control, protect, and monitor the circuit. The KYN28-24 switchgear has various functions to prevent misoperation, including preventing the moving truck from being loaded, preventing the grounding switch from closing when the circuit breaker is open, preventing the live connection of the grounding switch, and preventing accidental entry into live compartments. The switchgear is equipped with high-performance VS1 and VN2 series center-mounted high-voltage AC vacuum circuit breakers and sealed vacuum switches. The secondary circuit of the switchgear is equipped with advanced and reliable control and protection components; the busbar uses heat-shrinkable insulating materials or epoxy-coated insulation methods, optimizing the electrode shape, and the cabinet structure is compact. This switchgear is advanced in technology, stable in performance, reasonable in structure, convenient to use, and safe and reliable in power distribution.
Usage Conditions
• Environmental conditions: Maximum temperature: +40℃, minimum temperature: -15℃, and the average value measured within 24 hours does not exceed 35℃;
• Temperature conditions are as follows: The average daily relative humidity does not exceed 95%; the average monthly relative humidity does not exceed 90%; the average daily water vapor pressure does not exceed 2.2kPa; the average monthly water vapor pressure does not exceed 1.8kPa;
• Altitude does not exceed 1000m;
• Surrounding air is not significantly polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive or flammable gases, vapors, or salt mist;
• Vibration or ground motion from outside the switchgear and control equipment can be ignored;
• The amplitude of electromagnetic interference induced in the secondary system does not exceed 1.6kV.Special Usage Conditions
When used under conditions exceeding the normal environmental conditions specified by GBT11022, our company and the user can negotiate special operating conditions that exceed normal operating conditions and reach an agreement. To prevent condensation, the switchgear is equipped with a heater, which should be put into use when the switchgear is in standby mode. Attention should also be paid to the operation of the heater during normal operation of the switchgear.
