The XGN66-12(Z) box-type fixed AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the switchgear) is a new generation of high-voltage electrical equipment assembled products from our company.
The XGN66-12(Z) box-type fixed AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a new generation of high-voltage electrical complete products from our company, complying with national standards GB3906 "-35kV AC metal-enclosed switchgear" and the Ministry of Electric Power DLT404 "Technical Conditions for Ordering Indoor AC High Voltage Switchgear". It also meets the international standard IEC60298 "Requirements for AC metal-enclosed switchgear and control equipment above 1kV and below 52kV". This product absorbs advanced technology from abroad, has a small size, only 50% of the volume of ordinary switchgear, and the circuit breaker has high reliability and good performance; the "five prevention" interlocking mechanism is reliable and simple, among other advantages. The switchgear is an indoor complete device for 3.6, 7.2, and 12kV three-phase AC 50Hz single busbar segmentation, used for receiving and distributing electric energy. It also has functions for controlling, protecting, and monitoring the circuit, and can be used in various types of power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, etc., and can also be combined with ring network cabinets for application in switching stations.
Usage Conditions
• Altitude not exceeding 1000m;
• Ambient temperature: -25℃ to +40℃, with an average temperature not exceeding +35℃ within 24 hours;
• Horizontal inclination: not greater than 3°;
• Earthquake intensity: not exceeding level 8;
• No severe vibration, impact, or explosion hazard.Structural Features
• The cabinet body is welded from high-quality angle steel;
• The circuit breaker chamber is located in the middle (lower) part of the cabinet body, making installation, debugging, and maintenance convenient. It is standardly equipped with a VS1 circuit breaker and has a pressure release channel to ensure personal safety;
• It uses an advanced and reliable rotary isolating switch, allowing safe access to the circuit breaker chamber for maintenance while the main bus is energized;
• The entire cabinet has a protection level of IP2X;
• It is equipped with a reliable and fully functional mandatory mechanical locking device, effectively achieving the "five prevention" requirements;
• It has a reliable grounding system;
• The door is equipped with a viewing window, allowing clear observation of the working status of the components inside the cabinet;
• The locking mechanism for the operating mechanism uses the same JSXGN locking mechanism as the XGN2-12 cabinet, which is simple, reliable, and practical;
• The incoming and outgoing cable is located below the front of the cabinet, making it convenient for users to connect.Installation
• The installation foundation reference is shown in the figure below, with the foundation channel steel protruding 1-3mm above the ground, and the unevenness within one meter should not exceed 1.5mm, and not exceed 5mm over the entire length.
• Place the switchgear in order on the foundation and adjust the installation position. Then fix it with M12 bolts or spot welding, and tighten with M8 bolts between cabinets.
• Remove the rear cover to install the main bus and primary cables, ensuring that the terminal contact surfaces are clean and coated with neutral petroleum jelly. After installation, seal the primary cable holes.
• Connect the inter-cabinet grounding bus to form a unified connection along the arrangement direction of the switchgear, checking for any omissions in working grounding and protective grounding, and ensuring the grounding circuit is continuously conductive. The working grounding resistance should not exceed 1000µΩ, and the protective grounding resistance should not exceed 4Ω.
• Install secondary cables, which should enter from the bottom front of the cabinet, along the side wall into the low-voltage room, and branch onto the terminal block; or enter the low-voltage room from the secondary small bus on the top of the cabinet, sealing the cable holes after installation.
• Clean the dust and debris inside the cabinet.
